Groomer

Whisker Bones Supply Co. has a full-time -opening for a Groomer. 

Must LOVE dogs and be able to work various shifts per week including both Saturday and Sunday. A desire to learn and become a groomer a plus.

  • 1-2 years experience cutting and styling dogs (cat experience a plus)
  • Must be extremely dependable and personable
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Be authorized to work in the United States
  • Background check required
  • Quick learners and persons who can multitask are ideal candidates

We are seeking a Groomer to work with all breeds of dogs (we have a lot of Doodles).

Position responsibilities include bathing and drying our spa goers, answering telephone calls and checking customers in and out. As well as, helping to clean and sanitize the Spa, maintain client records and consulting with customers on the grooming process.

Camp Counselors and Managers!

NOW HIRING! Camp Counselors and Managers! Must love dogs and be able to watch a group of up to 15 dogs. Management opportunities always available! Salary dependent on experience!

 
Our counselors are expected to give personal care to up to 15 dogs in your group. This is not a job where we get to play on our phones or chat with coworkers all day. Our focus is alway on the doggies and our counselors are responsible and expected to stay with their group watching, playing, engaging and following a detailed schedule.
 
Reliability and Passion is key. If you are the type that tends to miss a lot of work, any position at Whisker Bones is not a match because it puts our clients and team members at risk.
 
-Experience-at least 1 year of working with dogs or be able to show in a working interview that you can handle a group.
 
-High School or equivalent degree
 
-Extremely strong work ethics
